OpenMSS compatible programs

kissd - KiSS streaming server

kissd comes as a package for OpenMSS from version mss122_openmss2. Install procedure:

• Telnet to the MSS, then type this:

 % ipkg update
 % ipkg install kissd

• Edit /opt/etc/kissd.conf to suit your needs. Then start the server by typing (it is automaticly started upon boot):

 % /opt/init.d/S80kissd

TwonkyVision - UPnP streaming server

TwonkyVision has ported their MediaServer to OpenMSS. You can download a trial version here.
